We are a well-established, family-owned retail butcher shop looking for a motivated Junior Butcher's Assistant or current retail butchers assistants to join our team.

This is a casual role with flexible casual hours and Saturday shifts available, offering the prospect to progress into a full-time apprenticeship if the candidate wishes to choose this pathway.

Your duties will include:

n

- Serving and assisting customers
n
- Preparing and packaging meat products
n
- Stock replenishment and merchandising
n
- General cleaning and maintaining a tidy workspace
n
- Assisting qualified butchers with daily production
n
- Learning knife skills and meat preparation techniques
n
