Job Description
Be Recruitment is seeking passionate Therapeutic Youth Workers to join a dedicated team delivering trauma-informed care to children and young people with complex needs in a residential setting around Newcastle. The role requires a minimum Cert IV in Community Services, Youth Work, or related field, plus at least six months of paid experience and current WWCC, First Aid/ CPR, and a NSW Driver's Licence.
