Role and responsibilities:

We're looking for a like-minded Property Manager who shares our values and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.

- Manage your own portfolio of residential properties
n
- Provide outstanding support and service to landlords and tenants
n
- Represent both parties professionally at all times, ensuring client satisfaction
n
- Uphold our high standards in everything you do

- Handle Tenancy Tribunal matters using mediation skills
n

n

Qualifications and experience required:

n

n
- Valid Real Estate Licence, or Certificate of Registration (working towards your Licence)
n
- A current driver's licence and reliable car
n
- Experience with a computerised trust accounting package
n
- Solid administration and organisational skills with high attention to detail
n
- Proven ability to manage a property portfolio independently
n
- A minimum of 1-2 years of property management experience
n
- Mediation skills with experience handling Tenancy Tribunal matters
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication
n
- Commitment to building long-term, trusting client relationships
n
