We are seeking an experienced sales leader to take ownership of our Victoria and Tasmania region and drive the next stage of growth.

n

This is not a maintenance role.

n

We're looking for someone who enjoys building winning sales teams, developing customer relationships and identifying recent opportunities in growing markets. You'll have the backing of a recognised Australian brand, a strong national sales team and significant opportunities across emerging sectors such as data centres, infrastructure and industrial projects.

n

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you will lead a highly capable team of Sales Representatives while helping shape the commercial direction of one of Australia's leading enclosure manufacturers.

Responsibilities include

- Leading and developing a high-performing sales team
n
- Delivering sales growth, profitability and market share targets
n
- Building strategic relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders
n
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
n
- Developing sales plans and regional growth strategies
n
- Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential
n




- Partnering closely with the National Sales Manager and broader leadership team
n

n

You'll bring

n

n
- Proven success leading sales teams and achieving growth targets
n
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
n
- Experience working with contractors, consultants, wholesalers or industrial customers
n
- The ability to build long-term customer relationships
n
- A strategic mindset coupled with a hands-on leadership style
n
- Willingness to travel throughout Victoria and Tasmania
n
- Experience within electrical, industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure or technical product industries will be highly regarded.
