Reception:

n

n
- Greet patients upon arrival at the clinic or by telephone, manage patient appointment bookings, and provide follow-up phone calls as required.
n
- Collect patient information and liaise with dental suppliers, pathology, general practitioners, radiology and other health professionals and support services.
n
- Assist with copying, filing and maintaining documents and dental health records.
n




- Dental receptionists need to have excellent communication and customer service skills, both in person, in writing, and over the phone.
n

To be successful in this position, you will need to have:

n

- Previous experience in Dental/ Medical Reception duties (is a huge bonus)
n
- Great attitude toward teamwork
n
- An ability to learn quickly and be self-motivated
n
- Genuine care and empathy for others
n
- Great communication skills and organisational skills
n
- Be well-presented, punctual,reliable, and skilled
n
- Superior organisational skills & attention to detail
n
- Strong work ethic and ability to multitask with time efficiency
n
- First aid certificate (is a bonus but not an absolute requirement)
n
- Vaccinated against COVID-19, Hepatitis, and up to date with all childhood vaccinations, including tetanus & Whooping cough.
n
- Have the integrity to want to help others! TEAMWORK!

Ongoing training will be provided, along with opportunities to progress into higher positions.
