Job Description

Scope is seeking a leader for our SIL and Supported Independent Living service in Nowra. You will lead our team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred support to clients with intellectual and psychosocial disabilities, including complex mental health, while maintaining secure operations on-site.

Reporting to the Cluster Manager, you will drive efficient processes, promote safety, oversee daily operations, support NDIS plan development, and ensure staff and clients experience
