The Opportunity
n
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the Manly store's performance and culture, leading from the front to inspire both your team and customers.

You'll be responsible for:

- Driving sales and exceeding store targets
n
- Coaching, developing and motivating your team
n
- Building a high-performance culture
n
- Managing roster and store operations
n
- Recruiting and developing future retail talent
n
- Delivering strong commercial results while protecting the customer experience

About You

- Previous Store Management experience in fashion, lifestyle, swimwear or premium retail
