Join SABE Services Group, a Queensland‐owned leader in commercial HVAC design, installation, and maintenance. We're expanding our Corporate Team and looking for an energetic Business Systems Support Officer to support our Health, Safety, Environment & Quality systems.

Reporting to the HSEQ Systems Manager, you will:

- Support HSEQ systems and secure work procedures
n
- Assist with audits, site visits, and incident reporting
n
- Maintain contractor compliance and staff licence records
n
- Prepare documents, inductions, and communications
n
- Provide support across all operational areas
n

n

What You'll Need

n

n
- QLD Construction Card (White Card)
n
- Excellent skills in administration, organisation, communication, and customer service
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular Excel, Word and Outlook essential
n
- Manual driver's licence
n
- The ability to interpret technical documents and manuals, legislation and training documents
