A well-established national manufacturing business is seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Officer to join their Campbelltown branch. This role will support internal sales and provide high-quality customer service to clients across a range of communication methods.

Synergie Australia is seeking aCustomer Service / Internal Officer for their client located inCampbelltown.

n

The important parts:

- 8:30am – 5:00pmor 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday
n
- $37.50 p/hr
n
- Start Immediately
n

What you will be required to do:

n

n
- Responding to phone, email, and in-person customer enquiries
n




- Accurate order entry, purchase orders and data processing
n
- Providing sales and administration support for the external sales team
n
- Assisting walk-in customers at the trade counter
n
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up
n

n

To be successful in the role you will:

n

n
- Minimum 3years of experience in a customer service/internal sales role
n
- Thrives in a responsive, team-oriented environment with strong attention to detail
n
- A positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
n
- Computer literacy including MS Office (Excel),ERP system SAP experience is an advantage
n
- Ability to multitask, work autonomously, and meet deadlines
n
- Driver licence and own transport
n
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
