What You'll Be Doing

n

Part time role 3 days a week (including Saturdays) with potential to transition to full time in the future.

n

n
- Managing leasing inspections, rental enquiries and applications
n
- Conducting ingoing, routine and vacating inspections with detailed reporting
n
- Supporting Property Managers and BDMs across their portfolios
n
- Being an essential part of a fast-moving, high-performing team
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Victorian Agents Representative Certificate
n
- Exceptional organisation, communication and customer service skills
n
- A reliable vehicle (essential — you'll be out and about)
n
- Resilience, initiative and a genuine eagerness to learn
n
- Experience with Inspection Express or Inspect Real Estate is a bonus — not a dealbreaker
n
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese? Even better
n
