Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Performance Marketing + Growth Manager to join an internationally recognised premium consumer brand entering an exciting new phase of global growth.

This is far more than a traditional paid media role.

n

You'll own global customer acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest, developing strategy, optimising campaign performance and driving measurable commercial growth across international markets.

n

Working closely with the CEO and wider marketing team, you'll combine commercial thinking with hands-on execution, using data to uncover opportunities, improve performance and shape the future of the brand's digital growth.

What You'll Be Doing

- Own the global performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest.
n
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, including planning, optimisation, audience strategy and budget allocation.
n
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across international markets.
n
- Analyse performance using GA4, attribution modelling and conversion tracking.
n
- Build testing roadmaps across creative, audiences, landing pages and customer journeys.
n
- Partner with Brand, Creative and Digital teams to continually improve campaign performance.
n
- Deliver reporting, forecasting and commercial insights to senior leadership.
n
- Identify current growth opportunities through ongoing testing and optimisation.

You're a Fit If You...

n

n
- Bring 6+ years' experience in Performance Marketing,



Growth Marketing or Paid Media.
n
- Have deep expertise across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with TikTok and Pinterest experience highly regarded.
n
- Understand full-funnel customer acquisition and how to optimise for commercial outcomes.
n
- Are confident using GA4, attribution modelling and conversion tracking.
n
- Love analysing data, testing ideas and improving performance.
n
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution.
n
- Enjoy collaborating across creative, digital and commercial teams.
n
- Have experience within premium consumer, fashion or lifestyle brands (highly regarded).
