We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Melbourne (inner suburbs). You will play a key role in driving operational performance, supporting your team and ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide leadership, direction and support to operational teams to achieve business objectives

- Oversee the successful delivery of daily operations while maintaining high standards of service

- Monitor operational performance, identify trends and implement practical improvements
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders

- Develop, mentor and empower team members to maximise engagement and performance

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards and workplace safety requirements

- Assist with planning, budgeting and resource forecasting to support operational demands
n
- Investigate operational challenges and implement effective, long-term solutions

- Contribute to business growth by identifying efficiencies and supporting strategic initiatives

About You

- Proven experience leading teams within an operations, service delivery or project-based environment
n
- The ability to motivate, mentor and develop people while fostering a positive team culture
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with sound judgement and decision-making ability
n
- A commitment to continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to enhance operational performance

- A strong understanding of workplace health and safety principles

- The flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and support the wider leadership team when required
