Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the administration and maintenance of Oracle Database environments.
n
- Monitor database health, performance, and availability using database monitoring tools.
n
- Support database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
n
- Assist with database installations, upgrades, patching, and configuration activities.
n
- Help troubleshoot database-related incidents and performance issues.
n
- Monitor storage utilization and database growth trends.
n
- Execute routine database maintenance tasks and health checks.
n
- Support user account management, security configurations, and access control requests.
n
- Assist in implementing database security and compliance requirements.
n
- Work with application, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve database-related issues.
n
- Prepare and maintain database documentation,
procedures, and operational run books.
n
- Participate in change, incident, and problem management activities.
n
- Support data migration, refresh, and testing activities across environments.
n
- Develop basic SQL queries and scripts to assist with administration and reporting tasks.

Requirements
n
n
- Basic understanding of Oracle Database administration concepts.
n
- Knowledge of Oracle Database 12c, 19c, or later versions.
n
- Experience with SQL and PL/SQL fundamentals.
n
- Understanding of database backup and recovery concepts.
n
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows server environments.
n
- Basic knowledge of database performance monitoring and tuning.
n
- Understanding of database security principles and user management.
n
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
