Paddington Food Hall is a busy neighborhood supermarket looking for a reliable and motivated Supervisor to join our team. This role suits someone who is hands‐on, enjoys working in a fast‐paced retail setting, and is comfortable taking responsibility for day-to-day store operations and leading staff on shift.

- A current NSW RSA and previous experience in a supermarket or grocery retail environment are essential. You should be practical, dependable, and comfortable working both on the shop floor and in a supervisory capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

- This role is a mix of hands‐on retail work and shift supervision, including:

- Running day‐to‐day store operations and check‐out areas
n
- Supporting customer service across the team
n
- Re‐stocking shelves and maintaining store presentation
n
- Receiving deliveries and unpacking pallets
n
- Helping ensure smooth store operations throughout the day
n
- As you settle into the role, you may also be responsible for:
n
- Stock ordering and basic inventory tasks
n
- Supervising and supporting staff on shift
n
- Acting as Duty Manager during trading hours
n
n
