The Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Lifestyle Officer to join our team. In this role you will:

n

n
- Deliver personalised support to empower residents in maintaining their independence and dignity while engaging in daily lifestyle activities.
n
- Document observations on assessment charts and records any variations from the care plan in progress notes, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
n
- Commit to meeting residents' needs with empathy and dignity, fostering a supportive and respectful environment.
n

About You:

n

We are looking for some who:

n

n
- Certificate IV in Leisure & Health or working towards
n
- A willingness and ability to work shifts including in our Memory Support Unit varying from Monday-Saturday 9-5 including Public Holidays
n
- Basic computer skills
n
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills
n
