HVACR Service & Installation Technician

Location: Chipping Norton, NSW

Salary: $48-$55 per hour + Super + Company Vehicle

A growing HVAC contractor based in Chipping Norton is seeking an experienced HVACR Service & Installation Technician to join its expanding team.

n

The business delivers residential and commercial air conditioning solutions across Greater Sydney, with an increasing presence in construction and larger-scale developments.

n

This position offers a varied mix of service, maintenance, fault finding, repairs, installations and commissioning across homes, apartment developments, townhouses, commercial buildings, warehouses and construction projects.

n

You will be trusted to manage your own workload while receiving support from an experienced management and technical team.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance
n
- Attend reactive breakdowns and diagnose faults
n
- Complete repairs and component replacements
n
- Install new residential and commercial HVAC systems
n
- Complete system upgrades and replacements
n
- Pressure test, vacuum and commission equipment
n
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
n
- Complete service reports and job documentation
n
- Deliver excellent customer service
n
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety
n
- Support and mentor apprentices where required
n

About You

n

n
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
n
- Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
n
- Current Restricted Electrical Licence
n
- Full Australian Driver's Licence
n
- White Card
n
- Experience servicing and installing residential HVAC systems
n
- Commercial HVAC experience is highly regarded
n
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
n
- Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
n
