Are you an experienced Enrolled Nurse who is passionate about aged care and building meaningful relationships with residents?
n
We are currently recruiting Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual Enrolled Nurses for Yarriambiack Lodge, a 60-bed residential aged care facility located in Warracknabeal.
n

About Rural Northwest Health:
n
Rural Northwest Health employs 360 team members across the campuses of Warracknabeal, Beulah and Hopetoun. The organisation has a total of 90 residential aged care (RAC) beds, including 15 in the award- winning memory support unit, 16 acute beds. All three centres share a broad range of community health services, keeping our community well at home. The population of the communities served by Rural Northwest Health is about 5000 people within the Yarriambiack Shire.

About the Role
n
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play an significant role in supporting residents to live with dignity, comfort and respect.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Delivering safe, high-quality clinical and personal care
n
- Administering medications within scope of practice
n
- Monitoring and responding to changes in resident condition
n
- Supporting care staff and working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
n
- Contributing to a positive and supportive team culture
n
n
This role is ideal for an experienced EEN who enjoys aged care and values building long-term relationships with residents and families.
n
About the Candidate
n
n
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Medication Endorsed)
n
- Minimum 1 full year of experience (IB69 classification or above)
n
- Experience working within Residential Aged Care
n
- Strong clinical observation and assessment skills
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
n
- A compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
n
- Evidence of current flu vaccination
n
- Current Police Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
n
