About the Role

n

Tree planting is not for the faint-hearted. As a Tree Planter, you will work outdoors in varying terrain and weather conditions, planting trees as part of a production-based team. This is a physically demanding role suited to individuals who enjoy hands‐on work and are motivated by performance‐based earnings.

n

No two days are the same, and you'll work alongside people from diverse backgrounds on meaningful environmental projects.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Manual planting of trees across varied sites
n
- Meeting daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
n
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
n
- Following site plans, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions
n

n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- No prior experience required as full training is provided just come motivated, tough, and maybe a little wild.
n

- Physically fit and capable of sustained manual labour
n
- Solid work ethic and reliability
n
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
n
- Willingness to travel for work (desirable)
n

Requirements

Applicants must have or be willing to obtain:

- Construction White Card.
n
- Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
n
- Full PPE (or willingness to purchase).
