We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Landscape Architect (Technical) to join a dynamic design team on a contract basis.

Location: Logan, QLD
n Contract Duration: 01 June 2026 - 01 December 2026
n Pay Rate: $58.06 per hour + superannuation

About the Role

n

Reporting under the general direction of the Parks Design Coordinator, the Senior Landscape Architect will provide high-level design and technical support across a range of projects including parks, open space, road landscape, and urban design initiatives.

n

The role requires the ability to work independently, applying established design practices while exercising initiative and professional judgement to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Provide skilled landscape architecture and urban design advice
n
- Deliver design solutions for parks, open space, and road landscape projects
n
- Prepare accurate and high-quality design documentation
n
- Use initiative to apply established technical and design practices
n




- Support planning and delivery of open space and public realm projects
n
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff
n
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
n

Key Requirements

n

n
- Tertiary qualification (minimum 4-year degree) in Landscape Architecture or related design field
n
- Proven experience in a professional landscape architecture setting
n
- Strong ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality design outcomes
n
- High-level proficiency in:n n
- Freehand sketching and conceptual design
n
- AutoCAD
n
- Adobe Creative Suite
n
- Desktop publishing and presentation software
n
- Microsoft Office Suite
n
