Job Description

Estia Health is seeking an Administration Assistant to help the Residential Aged Care Manager run a smoothly operating home. You will work closely with home staff to maintain rosters and handle enquiries, providing friendly service and contributing to effective operations.

You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, billing, payroll, stocktake, and mentor the Administration Officer, while maintaining records and supporting daily tasks. This role supports a team‐oriented aged care environment.
