Located at Howard Smith Wharves, Mr Percival's Overwater Bar takes inspiration from iconic European beach clubs with its very own unique Brisbane twist. You'll feel like it's summer all year-long, making it a must-visit for locals, interstate tourists and global tastemakers.

We are currently recruiting talented Bartenders to join our growing team. As a Bartender, your objective is to craft signature cocktails and beverages to achieve a continuous flow of enjoyable moments within a fast-paced environment, transforming the guest experience to another level. Your passion for mixology and providing engaging bar experiences will be a key ingredient in shaping the continued success of Mr Percival's.

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Greet all guests with a friendly and personable attitude.
n
- Have an extensive knowledge of the Mr Percival's cocktails and classics.
n
- Always keep your section of the bar clean and tidy.
n
- Use correct POS and cash handling procedures.
n
- Always ensure RSA compliance on shift.
n
- Set up the restaurant or function in line with the venue's requirements.
n
- Follow company policies and procedures and vision.
n
- Promote positive guest service standards on each shift to ensure standards of excellence are provided.
n
- Participate in all pre/post shift briefings to assist with the smooth transition and handover between shifts.

What we are looking for:

- Extensive knowledge of various spirits and classic cocktail recipes
n
- Experience in high volume and fast-paced venues is desirable
n
- Friday, Saturday & Sunday availability is essential
n
- Valid Queensland RSA is essential
n
- Undeniable pride for creating and delivering consistent, memorable experiences
n
