What we are looking for

n

n
- Appropriately qualified structural draftsperson with 5+ years of experience in a design office
n
- Proficient in Revit and capable in AutoCAD
n
- Highly knowledgeable of drafting standards and conventions and engineering requirements, and able to quickly pick up SDA systems
n
- Be able to understand and interpret both structural and architectural drawings
n
- Strong attention to detail in the preparation of structural drawings for a variety of structures,



from preliminary through to finalised for construction documentation and construction phase amendments.

- Strong communication skills for interactions with engineers during project delivery
n
- Ability to estimate quantities of work required for given tasks and to prioritise and meet deadlines.

About the role

n

You play a critical role collaborating with the engineering team to deliver accurate and detailed drawings to the client's expectations, for a wide range of projects, largely using Revit but with some capability to also work in AutoCAD. You will work closely with the engineering team to develop and maintain a schedule for assigned work and associated deliverables, and you will provide appropriate technical advice and feedback to the rest of the drafting team to help optimise company performance.
