ABOUT THE ROLE

n

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the stores financial targets and company key performance indicators, focusing heavily on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience.

n

As a Store Manager, you will:

n

- Build and develop a strong team, fostering a high-performance work environment within our People-First culture.
n
- Recruit, interview, and select qualified candidates to build a talent pipeline.
n
- Coach, train, and motivate your team through ongoing coaching programs in sales, customer service, and product knowledge development.
n
- Develop and empower your sales team to take on increased levels of responsibility.
n
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales.
n




- Ensure the team provides an exceptional customer experience.
n
- Maintain and uphold store standards-visuals, cleanliness, signage, safety, etc.
n
- Manage store operating procedures-inventory levels, cash control, minimizing losses, etc.
n
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure ongoing safety and awareness.
n
- Create and ensure a positive environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity, in accordance with our People-First Philosophy.

- Have experience in retail management, ideally in menswear and suiting.
