Job Description

We are looking for reliable and safety-focused Production Operators to join our manufacturing team and help produce high-quality remanufactured building products.

This is a full time position working a 24/5 rotating roster across day, afternoon, and night shifts, Monday to Friday.

7:00am - 3:06pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

n

- Operate production machinery
n
- Conduct quality inspections
n
- Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment checks
n
- General labouring and material handling
n
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will:

n

n
- Be mechanically minded with an aptitude for operating machinery
n
- Have experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation
n
- Possess strong communication skills
n
- Be committed to workplace safety
n
- Be physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
n




- Be reliable and able to work rotating shifts
n
- Be willing to complete a employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
n

Our primary focus is the production of Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF), widely used in the construction and related industries. In addition to our core manufacturing operations, we operate an on-site re-manufacturing facility, enhancing raw MDF into high-quality building products. These include pre-painted skirting boards, architraves, door and window components, and decorative wall lining panels.
