About the Role
n
We are looking for a Broker Assistant to join our Gold Coast team on either a full-time or part time basis, providing valuable support to our Brokers. With training and ongoing support, you'll quickly build the confidence and skills to perform a variety of day-to-day responsibilities, including but not limited to:
n
Policy preparation and maintenance
n
Processing invoices, endorsements and renewals
n
Responding to customer enquiries and providing exceptional service
n
The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to learn, develop and grow within the role.

About You

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
n
A process-oriented approach with exceptional attention to detail
n
A genuine passion for continuous learning, professional development and career growth
n
Strong digital literacy and confidence using a range of technology and systems
n
A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
n
Previous experience as a Broker Assistant is highly desirable, but not essential
n
A Tier 2 qualification is highly regarded, but we welcome applicants who are eager to obtain this qualification.
