About the Role

The Senior UX/UI Designer works as a part of a team of delivery specialists in creating the best digital experiences for our customers.

n

As part of a high-performing delivery team, you'll shape the end-to-end digital experience across our insurance products. From early-stage concepts to polished high-fidelity designs, you'll be the voice of the customer in solving real business problems — ensuring our platforms deliver a seamless experience, regardless of the channel our customers choose.

Position Accountabilities

n

n
- Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that drive business outcomes
n
- Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure designs meet and exceed expectations
n
- Champion a customer-led design philosophy across the business
n
- Maintain visual consistency across all digital products and brands
n
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to validate concepts and surface end-user pain points
n
- Contribute to and maintain design systems
n
- Collaborate within an Agile delivery environment alongside Product Owners, Business Analysts, and developers
n
- Leverage A/B testing and site analytics to continuously optimise digital experiences
n
- Coach and mentor junior UX/UI designers
n
- Support a culture of compliance, risk awareness, and continuous improvement
n

What experience you'll bring

n

n




- 6+ years** of UX/UI design experience across responsive web, online services, and/or mobile applications
n
- Expert proficiency in Figma or equivalent wireframing and prototyping tools
n
- Experience integrating AI tools and workflows into your design process
n
- Strong understanding of front-end development frameworks
n
- Solid grounding in design principles, accessibility standards, typography, and UI components
n
- Hands-on experience with user research methods — interviews, surveys, usability testing, and beyond
n
- Compelling portfolio demonstrating your design thinking, process, and craft across multiple form factors (mobile, tablet, desktop)
n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — you can articulate ideas and influence stakeholders with confidence
n
- A collaborative, empathetic, and user-centred mindset
n
- Experience mentoring and growing UX/UI talent
n
