What You'll Be Doing

n

- Process weekly and fortnightly payrolls for over 11,000 employees and labour hire personnel.
n
- Maintain accurate employee records, including employment, taxation, banking and remuneration information.
n
- Provide exceptional support to employees and managers by responding to payroll enquiries.
n




- Prepare payroll reporting and assist with year-end payroll activities.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and enhance employee experience.
n
- Support compliance with legislative, SOX and company requirements.
n

What You'll Bring

- Previous payroll, accounts or administration experience.
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
n
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a quick-paced environment.
n
- A collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
n
- Experience with SAP Payroll.
n
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
n
- High-volume payroll processing experience.
n
