Commonry is looking for a confident, reliable in-house fit model to work closely with our design team during garment fit sessions.

n

This role is not about modelling for campaigns - it's about helping us create better clothes for real women.

n

As an In-House Fit Model, you'll play an important behind-the-scenes role in shaping the fit, comfort, and wearability of our collections. Your feedback will directly influence how our garments look, feel, and perform for our customers.

About the Role

n

n
- Attend in-house fit sessions (1-4 hours per week, mostly Thursday mornings)
n
- Based onsite at our St Kilda Road, Melbourne Support Office
n
- Try on garment samples and provide transparent, honest feedback on fit and comfort
n
- Demonstrate natural movement to assess garment performance
n
- Share insights from a customer perspective
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- General administration experience is a must
n
- Comfortable trying on garments in front of a small team
n
- Confident communicator with honest, constructive feedback
n
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible
n
- No modelling experience required
n
