About the Role
n
This is the perfect launchpad for someone looking to build a meaningful career in property management.
n
You'll work alongside experienced Property Managers, spend time out in the field, and learn the industry from the ground up. You'll also be supported by a team that genuinely invests in your development and success.
n

and committed to doing a outstanding job, we'll support you every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- Completing entry and exit condition reports to a high standard
n
- Conducting routine inspections and clearly reporting your findings
n
- Assisting Senior Property Managers with day-to-day portfolio tasks
n
- Completing out-of-office activities, including key handovers and property visits
n
- Communicating with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople as required
n
- Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
n
- Developing your skills with the opportunity to progress into a Property Manager role
n
n
Qualifications and Experience
n
n
- A valid Real Estate Certificate or Registration, or a genuine willingness to obtain one
n
- A valid Australian driver's licence - a work vehicle is provided
n
- A genuine passion for property management and real estate
n
- A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- Previous experience in real estate, property, or customer service is preferred but not essential
n
n
