We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help lead our DFO Brisbane House store. You'll play a key role in driving sales, coaching the team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, stepping in to manage the store when needed. This role operates on a fortnightly rotating roster.

What you'll be doing

n

Driving sales and achieving store KPIs

n

Leading by example on the floor and delivering excellent customer service

n

Coaching, motivating, and developing the team

n

Supporting stock, visual merchandising, and day-to-day store operations

n

Stepping up to run the store in the Store Manager's absence

n

About You

n





You have retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager / 2IC)

n

You are confident, customer-focused, and commercially minded

n

You thrive in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment

n

You enjoy developing and motivating a team

n

You take ownership, lead by example, and care about high standards
