About the Role

n

- Managing the day-to-day operation of the bar
n
- Delivering exceptional customer service
n
- Leading, training and supervising bar staff
n
- Creating and maintaining beverage service standards
n
- Managing stock control, ordering and supplier relationships
n
- Monitoring beverage costs and minimising waste
n
- Preparing cocktails, wine and premium beverages
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and compliant bar
n
- Ensuring responsible service of alcohol (RSA) compliance
n
- Working closely with restaurant management to maximise sales and guest satisfaction
n

About You

n

n




- At least 2 years' experience in a Bar Manager or senior bar supervisory role
n
- Strong knowledge of wines, cocktails, spirits and beer
n
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
n
- Experience with stock control and ordering
n
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
n
- Proficiency in Light speed and OpenTable systems
n
- Current Queensland RSA Certificate
n
- Full Australian work rights
n
