About the Role

n

As an Outbound Call Centre Consultant, you'll be responsible for contacting customers regarding an important product recall campaign.



This is a high-volume outbound role where you'll aim to make approximately 80 outbound calls per day while providing professional, friendly and accurate information.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Making approximately 80 outbound calls daily
n
- Speaking with customers regarding a product recall
n
- Updating customer information accurately within internal systems
n
- Recording detailed notes from each conversation
n
- Answering customer enquiries with empathy and professionalism
n
- Meeting daily productivity and quality targets
n
- Working collaboratively with the wider team
n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Previous call centre, customer service or administration experience
n
- Confident communication skills and a friendly phone manner
n
- Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound environment
n
- Strong computer and data entry skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail
n
- Reliable, punctual and eager to learn
n
- Available to work onsite Monday to Friday
n
