Associate Financial Adviser – Your Pathway to Full Advice Sydney CBD | $100k–$120k + Super + Bonus | Versatile Working

You'll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with a lead adviser at a platinum-rated boutique firm, sitting in on client meetings, shaping strategy, and when you're ready starting to manage your own clients. It's a deliberate, structured runway to becoming a fully-fledged adviser.

A flagship boutique advisory practice in the Sydney CBD. A team of 100. Clients with $2m–$50m in FUM. A reputation for genuinely holistic, boundary-pushing advice and a culture that invests in developing its people, not just keeping them busy.

A typical week

n

n
- Providing technical support to your Principal Adviser
n
- Bridging paraplanning and administration to keep advice moving
n
- Drafting advice documents and helping formulate client strategies
n




- Preparing Alternative Strategies & Product Working Papers for Best Interests Duty
n
- Researching products and building comparisons that genuinely fit client needs
n
- Attending client meetings and contributing to the conversation
n
- Gradually taking ownership of your own book of clients
n

Is this you?

n

n
- 3+ years as a Paraplanner or CSM in financial planning
n
- Technically strong, with a real appetite to keep learning
n
- Working towards your industry qualifications
n
- Polished, professional and a confident communicator
n
- Someone who genuinely cares about getting it right for clients
n
