- Previous experience in real estate sales or a proven background in sales.

- High levels of motivation, self-discipline, and professionalism.

- Excellent time management and organisational skills.

- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.

- Confidence using technology and CRM systems.

- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

- Current Real Estate Registration or Licence (as required in your state).

- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
