City Venue Management is recruiting a Fitness Manager to lead the Health Club at Parkinson Aquatic Centre & Health Club. This is a true leadership role balancing people leadership, member experience and commercial performance.

You will coach and mentor the team, drive growth in membership, oversee rostering and daily operations, and collaborate with the wider leadership group to shape a high-energy, service-focused culture.
