Job Description

A well-established Specialist (surgeon) in Bella Vista is seeking a reliable and experienced Practice Manager to support day-to-day operations.

Work Location: Onsite at Norwest Private Hospital.Alternating once per fortnight betweenParkway SAN Clinicand Macquarie University Hospital.

n

Duties include:

n

- Full medical admin support – correspondence via phone and email, referrals, billing & scheduling
n
- Coordinating clinics and maintaining smooth patient flow
n
- Travel to clinic locations – based in Bella Vista, with travel to Wahroongaand Macquarie
n

What you'll need:

n

n
- Experience with health fund accounting
n
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working for a Specialist or surgeon
n




- Proficiency in the use of Genie Software
n
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner, together with neat presentation, empathetic and caring personality
n
- Excellent attitude for teamwork
n
- Positive mindset and problem-solving skills
n
- Displays a strong sense of initiative
n
- Must have a driver's licence and access to vehicle, as you are required to commute tootherclinic locations.
n

Pay is well above award rates.

n

Working hours are full-time preferred but flexibility to 4 days per week also negotiable.
