Delta Panels is a 100% Australian owned and operated manufacturer of insulated panels. We are a family-owned business that has grown to be at the forefront of the manufacturing and supply of high-quality insulated panel systems. Our products include roof, wall, ceiling and patio systems, plus a wide range of accessories.

With our business continuing to develop and grow, Delta Panels is looking for a Production Manager to join our warehouse team to assist with meeting demand. This position will be available immediately.

n

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

n

n
- Planning and organising daily production schedules
n
- Overseeing the operation of production and quality procedures
n
- Performing toolbox meeting, safety inspection
n
- Ensuring and maintain production efficiencies
n
- Ensuring all WHS and Environmental policy and procedures and Quality Control standards are effectively communicated, achieved and maintained
n
- Monitoring wastage
n
- Reviewing and working with factory staff ensuring staff are in line with the company requirements
n
- Overseeing all levels of staff activity and performance
n
- Developing processes to increase productivity and enhancing performance
n
- Overseeing staff leave requests, personal information,



induction and discipline
n
- Communicating and planning ahead with Operations Manager about upcoming jobs, projects
n

n

Experience required for the position:

n

n
- Leadership skills and experience – supervising others successfully
n
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing principles and processes
n
- An in-depth understanding of insulated panels manufacturing including strong warehouse management skills
n
- Solid knowledge and experience with regard to Health and Safety legislation and compliance
n
- Solid experience in Quality and Compliance
n
- Demonstrate ability in managing a team effectively
n
- Ability to successfully manage production operations, including quality processes
n
- Strong positive communication skills and Relationship management skills
n
- Solid multi-tasking, prioritizing and time management skills
n
- Ability to plan ahead, think creatively and work in a fast-paced environment
n
- A professional attitude, being both punctual and reliable
n
