The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Client Advisor to join this distinguished luxury jewellery brand at its Brisbane boutique. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver an exceptional and highly personalised luxury client experience.

- Develop a deep understanding of each client's preferences and lifestyle to provide tailored recommendations.

- Present the maison's fine jewellery collections with confidence, expertise and passion.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients through proactive clienteling.

- Drive sales performance while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

- Maintain accurate client records and utilise CRM tools to build loyalty and maximise business opportunities.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience within luxury retail, fine jewellery, watches or a premium client-facing setting.
n
- A proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional personalised service.
n
- A commercial mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse clientele.
n
- Experience using CRM systems and clienteling tools.

- A genuine passion for luxury, craftsmanship and creating memorable client experiences.
