The Role

n

- Manage a quality portfolio of approximately 150 properties end-to-end
n
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and trades
n
- Conduct entry, exit and routine inspections where required
n
- Navigate tenancy matters and ensure compliance with QLD legislation
n
- Deliver a premium customer experience at every touchpoint
n
- Work collaboratively with a highly supportive team and utilise industry-leading systems
n

The Successful Candidate

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' residential Property Management experience
n
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate and valid driver's licence
n
- Strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation
n
- Customer-focused with exceptional communication skills
n
- Proactive, organised and detail-oriented
n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
n
- Experience with Ailo, Realworks, Reapit or VaultRE advantageous
n
- Passionate about delivering premium customer service
n
