Electrical Team Leader (Industrial Electrical)

Staffpower is currently recruiting an experienced Electrical Team Leader on behalf of one of our valued clients.

n

This is more than a senior electrician role—it's an opportunity to step into leadership while remaining hands‐on in the field. Working alongside the Electrical Services Manager, you'll play a key role in leading a team of electricians and apprentices, delivering industrial projects, maintenance works and service activities across regional Victoria and Southern NSW.

About the role

n

As the Electrical Team Leader, you will:

n

Lead, mentor and support a team of electricians and apprentices.

n

Coordinate day-to-day project activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

n

Assist with project planning, scheduling and resource allocation.

n

Support estimating, quoting and project administration where required.

n

Ensure compliance with safety procedures, SWMS and company standards.

n

Remain hands‐on with industrial electrical installation, maintenance and commissioning.

n





Foster a positive team culture focused on quality, accountability and continuous improvement.

n

About you

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

A current A-Grade Electrical License.

n

Proven experience in industrial electrical environments.

n

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.

n

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

n

A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

n

Experience with project management, estimating, Simpro or contract administration is highly regarded but not essential.
