About You:

n

You hold a strong work ethic and previous experience working on a wide range of equipment needing basic repairs to complex installations.

n

You'll be/have:

n

n
- Self-motivated
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n




- Australian Citizen OR Permanent Residents only
n
- Construction OH&S; Card
n
- Working at Heights
n
- D' Grade Electrical Permit
n
- Victorian Driver's License
n
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
n
- Due to Council work, Working with Children Checks and Police Checks are mandatory.
n

About the Role

n

To be successful in your application for this role you will need to have a solid knowledge of all forms of Mechanical HVAC Services, service repairs and maintenance requirements as per the Australian Standards.

n

Works will consist of Mechanical Central Plants, to Package & Split Systems on Commercial and Governments Sites only. Experience with BMS and Chillers will be advantageous!

n
