Now Recruiting: Development Coachesn
We're looking for Development Coaches to provide support across our women's teams. These are flexible roles ideal for those with a passion for player development, skill-building, and supporting coaching on training nights and/or game day.
About Youn
As a passionate and dedicated member of our Club, you'll bring:
n
n
- A commitment to the Club values of Community, Integrity, Passion, Respect & Excellence
n
- Experience in football coaching, mentoring, or skill development
n
- The ability to work across multiple teams and age/stage levels
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to be part of a coaching panel
n
- Familiarity with VAFA structures and community football environments is advantageous
n
- Hold or be willing to obtain a volunteer Working with Children Check
n
n
You'll work alongside our Director of Coaching and football operations as part of a collaborative coaching panel. Whether you're an experienced coach or building capability, we'd love to hear from you.
n
