Residential Care Worker, Transitional Rehabilitation Service (Health Education Officer - Grad/Non Grad) - Perm FT/PT

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable team member who is committed to supporting clients throughout their rehabilitation journey. You will bring solid interpersonal skills, a patient-centred approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes for clients.

Selection Criteria

n

Recognized Degree or other relevant qualification deemed appropriate by the employer. Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer work or willingness to work towards completing

n

Demonstrated experience and knowledge of working with and supporting adults during the rehabilitation continuum, preferably adults with an acquired brain injury.

n

Demonstrated ability to manage workload priorities and work with limited supervision and/or in isolation.

n

Effective written and verbal communication skills, including proficient computer literacy in a range of programs.

n





Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
