About the Role

n

Playing a pivotal part in our business the role of a Sales Representative is to increase customer base by introducing our portfolio of products to existing and current customers in our Shoring & Propping division.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Being on the frontline of our Sales Team, you will be on the road creating new relationships and winning new business across VIC.
n
- Find, connect with, and grow sales across major projects and with all the tier 1 and 2 and tier 3 construction, civil and infrastructure businesses across VIC.
n
- Help our valued customers understand our points of difference, and extensive range of the Equipment Hire solutions.
n
- Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times
n
- Maintain close relationships with existing accounts and ensure the company's equipment and staff are meeting their requirements.
n

About You

n

n
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar sales role in Construction, Civil, Infrastructure, Renewables or related industries
n




- Ability to manage and retain business
n
- Be creative in finding new leads to talk too, resilient attitude and results focused
n
- You must have a positive, confident phone manner with excellent communication skills
n
- You understand people and business: you relate well to the market of clients' empathising with the challenges they face every day
