Navigator Group is looking for a Psychologist (Registered or Clinical) to join our team of dedicated mental health professionals. We are committed to delivering effective, evidence-based interventions that support individuals recovering from psychological injuries, helping them regain confidence and and successfully return to work.

We are open to candidates seeking part-time ( 3 days ) as well as full-time work. The role will suit both experienced practitioners and early career psychologists who are looking to build strong clinical foundations in a supportive environment.

Our award-winning Psychological Recovery Program provides a structured yet flexible approach to recovery, ensuring clients receive the right support at the right time, with a focus on real clinical outcomes. This is a full-time role and ideal for experienced practitioners, offering robust clinical support, structured development opportunities, and diverse client work.

The Role
n
As a Psychologist, you will play a key role in:
n

- Assessing the psychological needs of clients and delivering targeted interventions to support their recovery.
n
- Providing evidence-based treatment, ensuring clients receive the most effective care tailored to their individual needs.
n
- Collaborating within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a holistic and person-centered recovery approach.
n
n
Who We're Looking For
n
n
- Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
n
- SIRA registered or willingness to obtain registration prior to commencement.
n
- Experience delivering evidence-based treatment for psychological conditions
n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
n
- A team-oriented mindset, with experience working in a collaborative environment
n
- (Desirable)
Understanding of the compensable injury sector
