Job Description

MECCA Brands in Australia is seeking a Head of Merchandise Governance & Operations to unite governance, analytics and supply operations under one strategic leader. Reporting to the General Manager - Merchandise Operations, you will set the vision, optimise how the function operates and drive end-to-end performance across inventory, pricing and master data.

You will build high‐performing teams, lead enterprise transformation programs, partner with ERP and IT, and own KPIs to improve availability
