If you're working towards becoming a Financial Adviser and want a clear development pathway, this role could be your next step. Based in Canberra, you'll join a team that puts people at the heart of what we do — and we're looking for someone client-focused, motivated, and keen to learn.

Working under the mentorship of our Wealth Partners, you'll build the skills and experience to progress towards an Adviser role. You'll be a key point of contact for client queries and support the advice process, with increasing autonomy and ownership of client relationships over time.

Your role, your contribution
n
An overview of your day-to-day responsibilities follows:
n
n
- Proactively communicate with clients and identify how Findex can best meet their needs
n
- Support your Advisers/Partners in providing strategic financial planning and investment advice, including investment structures, estate planning, superannuation and retirement planning
n
- Prepare pre-appointment work and take part in client meetings with Advisers/Partners
n
- Ensure advice documents are compliant with industry legislation, regulation, and Findex policies and procedures
n
- Coordinate production of advice documentation and help prepare SOAs
n
n

What you bring to the role
n
n
- FASEA approved degree
n
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning qualified, or equivalent
n
- An interest in achieving or studying towards CFP
n
- Proven experience in a similar Financial Planning role
n
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload
n
- The ability to work and thrive in a team environment
n
