Main tasks:

n

n
- Ideally seeking an Electrician looking to take then next step into project management (PM) or continue to strengthen their experience & exposure in PM.
n
- Essentially plan and support the delivery of a number of projects in the water industry and wider electrical industry.
n
- Typical projects include switchboards upgrades at pump stations, generator installations, solar projects & various electrical and instrumentation components of other multi-disciplinary projects (generally water industry).
n
- Ensure projects are delivered safely and to a high standard.
n
- Delivery of projects with agreed timeframes, budget and to company standards and policy.
n
- Meeting key accountabilities including organisation KPI's.
n
- Strong ability to ensure stakeholder engagement is completed.
n
- Drive outcomes with purpose, accountability, and action.
n
- Collaboration across business and organisational boundaries.
n




- Work cooperatively with other teams within the business and workshop.
n

n

Successful candidates will have the following:

n

n
- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Trade background
n
- Ideally A Grade Electrician.
n
- Ideally seeking an Electrician looking to transition to project management!
n
- Substantial industry experience in project management (utilities sector)
n
- Practical experience leading projects to deliver on key milestone and objectives.
n
- High standard of work with attention to detail
n
- Competent in the use of computers
n
- Demonstrated experience of current and emerging technologies is desirable
n
- An understanding of industrial relations issues and a commitment to OH&S; practices.
n
- Good attitude, ability to work closely with the teams.
n
