About the role
n We're looking for a BIM Coordinator to play a key role in delivering high-quality Building Services projects across a diverse portfolio. Sitting within a collaborative and well-established design team, you'll take ownership of BIM delivery, standards, and coordination across multidisciplinary projects – from concept through to construction.

What you'll be doing

- Lead BIM coordination across Building Services projects (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire)
n
- Manage and develop Revit models and federated models across disciplines
n
- Drive BIM standards, workflows, and best practice across the team
n
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve design clashes
n
- Support project teams during design development and documentation phases
n
- Mentor and guide junior/moderate BIM technicians and coordinators
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement of digital engineering capabilities
n

What you'll bring

- Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator within Building Services consultancy
n
- Strong proficiency in Revit (essential) and Navisworks (or similar coordination tools)
n
- Solid understanding of BIM processes, standards, and delivery across project lifecycles
n
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary models on complex projects
n
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with engineers and designers
n
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to lead and influence outcomes
n
- Work on high-profile, technically complex projects across multiple sectors
