This is a great next step for an Assistant Manager ready to take on broader operational responsibility—or an experienced Venue Manager looking for the support, stability and career opportunities of a growing hospitality group.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Support the day-to-day hotel operation
n
- Lead the venue when the Venue Manager is away
n
- Coach supervisors and frontline team members
n
- Grow your skills in rostering, stock, cash management and reporting
n
- Maintain strong service, presentation, safety and compliance standards
n
- Improve service, team routines and venue results
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Leadership experience in a busy pub,



hotel or multi-outlet venue
n
- Experience across bar, bistro, gaming, functions and major events
n
- A people leader who brings out the best in their team
n
- Sound knowledge of liquor, gaming and venue compliance
n
- A desire to keep building your commercial and operational skills
n
- Current Queensland RSA and RSG, plus RMLV and Approved Manager Licence—or a willingness to obtain them
n
